Mr. Hsu, Shih-Mu was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Dufu on 10 November 2025. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management and Sustainability Committee, Investment Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.

Mr. Hsu holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from National United University (formerly known as United Industrial Technical College) in Miaoli, Taiwan. He possesses over 42 years of extensive experience in the precision metal stamping and plastic molding industries, with active involvement in management, research, production, and marketing functions.

Mr. Hsu began his career in 1983 as an operator at Non Ya Plastics Corporation, (Shulin Plant in Taiwan). He later served as a sales representative in a company within the building materials industry, gaining valuable commercial and client management experience. In 1991, he joined G-Shank Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. as the Plant Manager, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the Group’s first manufacturing facility outside Taiwan. His leadership and technical expertise were instrumental in the successful setup and operations of the plant. In 2000, Mr. Shu Hsu was promoted to General Manager, a position he continues to hold. Under his stewardship, the company has strengthened its operational efficiency and expanded its market networkability globally.
