Ms. Lee, Yi-Hsuan joined Dufu Industries Sdn Bhd (“DISB”) as Finance Manager on 25 July 2024 and is also a Director of DISB. On 7 May 2026, she was appointed as an Alternate Director to the Group’s Executive Chairman, Dato’ Lee Hui-Ta also known as Li Hui-Ta. She is a member of the Company’s Risk Management and Sustainability Committee.

Ms. Lee began her career as a Marketing Executive with Sisley Taipei in November 2020 before joining Nestlé Taiwan as Trade Marketing Specialist in April 2021, where she served for two years. During her tenure with both organisations, she gained valuable experience in budget management, business analysis, marketing planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Ms. Lee graduated from National Chengchi University, Taiwan, in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In her pursuit of sustainability knowledge, she obtained the Certificate Professional in Corporate Sustainability Management conducted by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy in January 2024.

Further strengthening her expertise in sustainability and climate-related matters, Ms. Lee completed professional training and assessments conducted by the BSI Training Academy, part of the British Standards Institution, the United Kingdom’s national standards body. She was awarded the Greenhouse Gas Professional qualification on 29 June 2026. The qualification has equipped her with practical knowledge in the application of ISO 14064 for greenhouse gas quantification, reporting, carbon management planning, verification and validation; ISO 14067 for product carbon footprint assessment; and ISO 14068 for carbon neutrality requirements.

Leveraging her financial background, sustainability expertise and growing experience in corporate governance, Ms. Lee was appointed as the Group’s Head of Corporate Sustainability on 28 July 2026. She is responsible for driving the Group’s sustainability agenda, strengthening sustainability governance, and overseeing sustainability initiatives and reporting across the Group.
