On 3 April 2026, Dufu Group had the pleasure of welcoming our valued partners from Advantech to our CNC plant, reinforcing our shared commitment to innovation and collaboration. Our Founder and Executive Chairman, Lee Hui Ta, was present alongside the leadership team to host and engage with our guests.
Following the Advantech ASEAN Connect Conference the day before, the session provided an opportunity to turn insights into action. At Dufu, we shared how we are actively implementing smart manufacturing practices, particularly through our Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) initiative.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, this engagement goes beyond business. It reflects our dedication to supporting and uplifting our ecosystem of partners. By opening our doors and sharing real-world applications of smart factory innovation, we aim to accelerate collective learning and industry progress.
To ensure meaningful engagement, the visit was conducted in two sessions, morning and afternoon, with approximately 40 participants in each session.
Guests were introduced to Dufu’s capabilities through a company profile and a focused presentation on our OEE journey. Since launching the program last year, we have made steady progress, with the initial OEE implementation on 50 units of machine, Dufu will be covering an additional 100 CNC machines targeted by the third quarter of this year.
The visit concluded with a guided plant tour, offering firsthand exposure to our operations and transformation efforts, while maintaining necessary safety and confidentiality standards.
